*I should have hated him. I just want to destroy everything that Takumi treasures.*

Nana is one manga that I will never get sick of reading over and over again , despite it being on hiatus. Each time I read it, I feel like I've again learnt something about the character's feelings.
Reira is one character which I really disliked from the start, as she is like a spoiled princess. But as you continue reading the series, you realised that she is only acting like this because in Trapnest, and only in Trapnest, she is able to be a princess, a singing princess. It is a sanctuary that Takumi has built for her, which is probably the reason why Reira loves Takumi so much as well. Having a mother whom thinks she is a burden, I don't think she would think very much about herself, and thus when Takumi looked at her for who she is, and her good points, she fell deep in love with Takumi. That is probably also the reason why she hates Takumi so much after he married Hachiko, because that, to her, is a threat which will take away the only thing she has in her life, which she has held up with her voice. She wants to destroy everything that Takumi has because when she thinks that when Takumi has nothing, he would return to her. She crumbled after what happened to Ren, and only accepted 'Ren''s guitar because, again, it is the only place where she can sing and be kept safe. ( Trying not to spoil people who has'nt read the manga but people who did should get what I am saying here. ) While all these are not excuses for Reira to act like a spoiled princess, in the end I realise, that she is a character that is really real, just like many of the other characters in Nana, and I started to feel for her. She is really just someone who wants to protect what she has.
So much feels, MORE ON COSTUME AND MAKE UP WHEN I UP THE NEXT PICTURE!
