I really really can't get over Megumi's love for Natsuno and am glad that she wasn't as airheaded as to willingly let anyone else turn Natsuno into a Shiki. I guess that proves that the love she has for Natsuno isn't just a simple schoolgirl crush, but rather a painful unrequited love that she isn't willing to let go off.

On the other hand, I love the bittersweet-ness of Tooru's agony when he had to bit Natsuno. *the BL fan in me is happy* xD
